Battles

Sailed for England to capture of sink the CSS Nashville which was docked at Southampton. Was unable to pursue due to English law stating two belligerent vessels had to have 24 hours between leaving.

Sailed to Gibraltar where she docked for repairs.

June 23 - left Gibraltar for England to search for the CSS Alabama, but never found her.

March 1863 - returned to Philadelphia
